Ingredients
6 oz (half a can) evaporated skim milk8 oz. 2% milk cheese1 Tbsp. cider vinegar1/4 tsp. ground mustardspices as desired: suggestions: 1/2 t. garlic powder, 1/2 t. onion powder, dash cayenne pepper,
Directions
Combine evaporated milk and cheese in a microwave safe bowl. Heat for a couple minutes, stir, then heat at 30 second intervals until all the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth. Cool in refrigerator and score in 16 parts to show portions.
