No-Guilt Peanut Butter "Fudge"

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups smooth natural peanut butter1/4 cup ground flax meal1/4 cup cocoa powder3 scoops stevia-sweetened whey protein powder1/4 cup real maple syrup
Directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in food processor. Scrape out into 9 x 9 inch pan and flatten with your hands (use plastic wrap to keep mixture from sticking to your hands). Chill. With sharp knife, cut into 64 small squares. Serving size: 2 squares.
