Low Carb Meatballs

Ingredients
1 .75 lbs of ground .25 cup finely chopped 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil 2 garlic cloves finely minced 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese ½ teaspoon of sage 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Directions
Heat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a skillet, gently cook the chopped onions with the minced garlic until slightly softened.

In a large bowl, mix the softened onions and garlic, with the ground beef, sage, cheese, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper. Divide the mixture into meatballs, each approximately 1½ inch (the size of a golf ball).

Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
