Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 Can Salmon (save juice)1-2 Eggs1.5 C Crushed crackers.5 C Onion chopped
Directions
Makes 6 patties

De-bone and de-skin salmon.
Mix with crackers, onion, and eggs.
Form into patties. Fry in oil in a pan or bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 mins.
