Twisted Ham & Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices of reduced-calorie wheat bread (toasted optional)1 wedge of Laughing Cow Light Cheese (I used Swiss)1 small apple2 slices of extra lean ham lunchmeat
Directions
Slice apple into slices about 1/8 inch thickness.
If desired, toast bread.
Spread half the cheese on one slice of bread and the other half on the other slice of bread.
Place ham on one slice of bread.
Place apple slices on top of ham (reserve extras for side dish)
Top with second slice of bread.
Enjoy.

Makes 1 sandwich serving.
