Braised Pork with Broccoli

Ingredients
3 TBSP Oil2 lbs. pork tenderloin (cut into 1" cubes)1 clove garlic, minced2 tsp. ginger root3/8 c. soy sauce2 TBSP sherry1 tsp sugar1 C. water1 lb broccoli, chopped
Directions
Heat 2 TBSP oil in a deep skillet (or electric skillet) and brown the pork all over. Stir in garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sherry, sugar & water. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Heat remaining oil in sauce pan and cook broccoli over high heat 4 minutes stirring often. drain and arrange on serving dish stopped with pork.
