Rice Salad

Ingredients
1 pkg chicken Rice-A-Roni, cooked2 C. cooked rice, cooked in chicken broth4 green onions, chopped2 jars artichoke hearts, drained & chopped (reserve marinade for mix with mayonnaise)1 can sliced water chestnuts1 can sliced green olives3/4 C. MayonnaisePepper to taste
Directions
Let all rice cool completely. Mix marinade with mayonnaise. Mix rice and other ingredients (green onion, artichoke hearts, water chestnuts, olives, pepper) in a large bowl. Fold the mayonnaise mixture into rice. Chill until ready to serve. Makes approx. 15 servings of 1/2 cup each.
