Sweet & Spicy Salsa

Ingredients
8 Roma tomatoes1 Cucumber1 Red apple1 Mango1 Green Pepper1 small can Jalapenio, whole can juice included or 1/8 c. jarred jalapeno and juice1 small onion (white, yellow, or red)2 TBSP Lime Juice1 TBSP Sugar1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
Directions
Chop all ingredients into 1/4 inch cubes/pieces. Add jalapeno juice, lime juice, vinegar, and sugar. Stir well. Refridgerate until chilled.

Serve with tortilla chips or anything else you like.

This is best made 4-6 hours ahead of time so the flavors can blend. Stays fresh for several days in the fridge.
