Creamy Garden Salad with Tuna

1/3 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt1/2 tsp grainy mustard1 clove garlic, minced1 tsp lemon juicefresh dill, to taste150g fresh tomatoes, chopped (about 2 "cocktail" sized ones)100g cucumber, diced1 medium slice red onion, diced80g canned chunk tuna (in water), drained and flaked1/2 head iceberg lettuce
In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, mustard, garlic, lemon juice and dill.
Add tomatoes, cucumber, onion and tuna and stir well to mix everything. Let stand 10 minutes for the flavours to blend.
Shred the lettuce into a large salad bowl, top with the yogurt mixture and enjoy!
