Ingredients
1 lb sausage (Jimmy Dean, regular)egg roll wrapshalf head of cabbage3-5 carrots1 cup cellophane noodles MolassesSoy Sauce (Or Special Sweet Soy Sauce, instead of this an molasses) garlic, and other seasonings to tasteEgg yolk to seal egg wraps
Directions
Cook Sausage, drain, and pat off excess grease with paper towel.
While sausage is thawing and cooking shred cabbage and carrots.
Cook cellophane noodles as directed, and cut when soft.
Add carrots and cabbage to sausage when done.
After a few minutes add the noodles. Add molasses and other seasonings. Cook until heated through and carrots are done as you like.

Fill wraps and seal with a small amount of egg yolk.

I have fried them in oil in the past, but this time I'm going to try baking them. We'll see how it goes.

**Special Sweet Soy Sauce can be subbed for the molasses and soy sauce, but I live in a small town and haven't been able to find it.

You can have one as a side, or have 2-3 and make it a very filling meal! Great for parties, but rather messy!
