Tosca Reno sweet potato Oat Bar

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp *Sweet Potato, Boiled 5 med. peeled and boiled4 cupsOatmeal, Old Fashioned Oats 3/4 skim Milk, nonfat, .75 cup 1/4 cFlaxseed1/2 cup Maple Syrup, *Coconut Butter, 2 tbsp *Pumpkin Pie Spice, 2 tbsp 1/4 cup Raisins, SunMaid California Golden Raisins (optional) 1/4 c Walnuts, . chopped (optional) not in calorie count
Directions
Oven 350F – 9 x 13 – 1 inch deep baking dish – coat with olive oil
Once potatoes are soft mash in a mixing bowl.
Set oven to 400F
Add all remaining ingredients to potato mix and mix well.
Press into pan. Bake for 30 mins or until golden brown.
