Ingredients

1 cup warm water (105-115 F)2 pkgs dry active yeast1 stick melted butter1/2 cup sugar3 eggs1 tsp salt4-4 1/2 cups all purpose unbleached flour additional melted butter (not included in nutrition)
combine water and yeast in large bowl, let stand til foamy
stir in butter, sugar, eggs and salt.
beat in flour 1 cup at a time until too stiff to mix.
cover and refrigerate 2 hrs or up to 4 days
spray a baking pan with non stick spray
turn dough onto a floured cutting board
divide dough into 24 equal pieces and roll into a smooth ball. place in pan, cover and let rise until doubled in volume
preheat oven to 375 and bake 15-20 minutes
brush with melted butter (if desired...not in nutrition)
break apart and serve.
