* Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4") (remove) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup, chopped or sliced (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted, 4 oz (remove) * Feta Cheese, 50 grams (remove)
cube the cucumber, chop the tomatoes, dice the onion, crumble the feta cheese.
Toss together with the olives
You can add oil and vinegar if you like.
