Butterball Turkey Smoked Sausage, 2 sausagesPeppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, sliced Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, strips Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large slicedSauerkraut, 1 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced Paprika, 2 tbsp Pepper, black, .5 tbsp
Makes 3-4 servings; Slow-cooker time 4hrs
Take Turkey sausage and cut 1" bites and place them in the slow cooker.
Next slice all peppers and the onion into strips and place in slow cooker.
Open sauerkraut can and pour into slow cooker (do not drain the can).
Add paprika and black pepper. Stir everything together a couple of times then set slow cooker to 4 hours (High temp) and walk away.
