Directions
Makes 9 servings of 8 goyza per serving.

Mince ingrediants (except wrappers) finely in a food processor. I do chicken first. Then mince the other ingredients more coarsely and mix together by hand. Spoon approx. 1 tsp of filling on wonton wrapper. Wet edges of wrapper with water and fold over filling to make a closed triangle pocket. In frying pan heat oil over med-high heat. Lay goyza with edges facing up. cook for 6-7 mins. Do ont turn them! Add 1/4 cup water and cover immediately. Lower heat and cook for additional 10 minutes. Serve with fav. dipping sauce.
