Asian Ahi Tuna with Wasabi Sauce

Wasabi Sauce:2 tbsp Beaver Brand Wasabi Horseradish1/2 cup Kraft - Mayo with Olive Oil, Reduced Fat MayonnaiseTuna and Marinade:4 4 oz Ahi Tuna Steaks1/2 cup -Olive Oil2 Tblsp. Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce2 Tblsp. Agave Nectar2 tsp Grated Ginger Root2 cloves GarlicGarnish:1 Tblsp Black Sesame Seeds
Mix Wasabi Sauce in small bowl combining Wasabi Horseradish and Mayo.
Mix marinade by combining olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, agave nectar, ginger root, and Garlic. Place tuna steaks in a shallow glass dish and drench in marinade, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, then refrigerate and for 2-4 hours.
Pour off marinade into a reserve container. Prepare grill with medium heat. Cover grill grate with foil, puncture foil with holes for drainage, and brush foil lightly with oil. Grill tuna steaks on the foil for 10 to 15 minutes occasionally turning sides and brushing with reserve marinade till they reach 125 F (use a meat thermometer to check temp). Cook until medium-rare and tuna flakes easily with a fork (do not overcook or the meat will become dry and lose its flavor). Discard remaining marinade.
Sprinkle with Black Sesame seeds and a dollop of Wasabi sauce.
You can substitute fresh ginger for 1 tsp dry ground ginger.
Makes 4 marinated tuna stakes (4 servings).
