Jicama and Orange salad

Ingredients
5 cups Jicama, peeled and diced2 large oranges, peeled and segments halved2 green sweet peppers (the long thin green ones)2 Tbsp lime juice2 Tsp brown sugar1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 Tbsp ginger paste or grated ginger
Directions
Peel and dice the jicama.
Peel the oranges and break into segments, then cut them in half.
Thinly slice the peppers.
Put these into a lager bowl
In a small bowl beat the dressing ingedients together.
Pour the dressing over and mix well.
Chill for at least 30 minutes.

Number of servings = 6 (1 1/2 cups per serving)

Weight watchers points = 1 per serving
