Para's super awesome no cheat vodka sauce

Ingredients
1 cup Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce (Garlic&Herb)2 Tbsp grated Parmesean Cheese (parmesean)1 cup Italian Style Vegetable Mix (Frozen)1 clove Garlic.5 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
Directions
Microwave the frozen veggies for 3-5 minutes until nice and hot.

Throw the cottage cheese, parm cheese, spaghetti sauce, and a whole garlic clove into your magic bullet (blender, food processor). Blend until creamy. Throw in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, until nice and hot. Put it back onto your magic bullet and blend for about 30 seconds.

Toss the vodka sauce and veggies together with pasta, shrimp, quinoa, or any other good thing you can think of.
