! stick butter or margarine, melted1 cup sour cream (may use low fat)2 cups self rising flour (may substitute Bisqick)Mix melted butter and sour cream until well blended. Add flour, mix well. Drop by spoonfuls into mini-muffin tins, bake at 400 F until lightly browned on top (approx. 15 minutes). May use regular muffin tins, bake a few minutes longer.Serve with jam/jelly/honey.Yum!
