1 egg beaten3 Tbsp Milk2 Tbsp SF Vanilla Syrup2 Tbsp. Canola Oil3 Tbsp. Multiigrain Pancake Mix1 tsp. cinnamon1 Tbsp chopped pecans1 Tbsp. raisins1 scoop vanilla protein powderpinch salt
in microwave safe measuring cup mix beaten egg with milk, syrup, carrot and oil and combine thoroughly. In a separate bowl mix pancake mix, cinnamon, nuts, raisins, protein powder and salt. Tip dry into wet and stir till combined. Nuke for 2 minutes to 2 min 20 seconds (until dry). Yeilds 4-5 slices. Top with cream cheese frosting:
Mix equal parts softened cream cheese and ricotta cheese. Sweeten with sf vanilla syrup or sf maple syrup to taste. Mix with chopped pecans.
