Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients
1 can Balck Beans 2 Garlic Cloves 4 tbsp Water1/2 Lemon , juiced 1 tbsp Pepper1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper 1 tbsp Ground Cumin1 tsp Salt
Directions
Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Mix until smooth. May need to add more or less water depending on smoothness of your choice.

Enjoy with pita chips or spread it on a wrap for an easy and healthy snack.
