Parmesan Crusted Perch

Ingredients
18 oz frozen perch filets1/4 c. bread crumbs1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese1 tsp. garlic-garlic (tastefully simple)
Directions
Thaw fish if frozen. Combine last 3 ingredients. Rinse fish and shake dry. Coat in garlic parmesan mix. Cook fish according to package directions.
