Ingredients
6 sole fillets1/2 cup green pepper, diced1/2 cup yellow pepper, diced1/2 cup tomato's, diced1/4 cup low fat Italian dressing1 1/2 teaspoons Lemon pepper spice
Directions
place 6 boneless sole fillets on bottom of casserole dish, sprinkle with lemon pepper ( about 1/4 tsp for each fillet) Dice 1/2 cup of green pepper, 1/2 cup yellow pepper, 1/2 cup diced tomato. Pour 1/4 cup low fat Italian dressing, cover and bake for
