Yummy Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour1/2 cup White Flour1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder2 tbsp Egg Beaters1/2 tbsp Honey1 cup Skim Milk (sometimes I fill the cup with a little bit of water first and then top it off with milk if you don't want to too rich.)
Directions
In one bowl mix together both flours and baking powder.
In another bowl whisk egg and milk together. Mix the milk mixture into the flour mixture then add the honey. This is important to do last because the honey will stick to you milk bowl.
Mix it all together until there are no more lumps.
(Optional) Leave the batter for 5 minutes.

Pour the batter onto a heated non stick pan over medium heat, using a 1/4 cup measure. Wait until the pancake is bubbly and has a brown edge. Flip it over and wait another minute, don't leave it for too long. And remove from pan. Continue this until all the batter is gone.

Serve with fresh fruit, honey or maple syrup, whatever tickles your fancy!

Will make approx. 12 3in pancakes
