Pico de Gallo with avocado and black beans

Ingredients
2 cups diced tomatoes1 large avocado1 15.5 oz can black beans, drained1/2 cup cilantro1/4 cup lime juice1/4 cup diced white onion1 tsp minced garlic
Directions
1. Remove skin and seed from avocado and discard. Dice avocado and place in small bowl. Soak in 1/4 cup lime juice.

2. Chop cilantro leaves into small pieces, discarding stems.

2. Drain black beans, toss in large bowl with tomato, avocado, lime juice and cilantro.

4. Add onion and garlic and carefully combine.

5. Chill in closed container in refrigerator for at least 2 hours so that flavors can meld.

6. Serve and enjoy!
