Ingredients
3 eggs2/3 cup flour2/3 cup almond milk1/4 cup butter
Directions
place butter in cast iron skillet, place skillet in oven and turn oven to 375 degrees. While oven is heating blend in blender the rest of the ingredients. When butter is melted and oven is at tempurature add the egg mixture to the butter and return to oven. Everything is done when a knife stuck in the center comes out clean.
