Steve's Low Fat Potato Salad

Ingredients
5 lb potatoes (Boiled, skinned, and large diced)2 cups Plain Yogurt (Non Fat would reduce the fat grams alot)1/2 cup Yellow Mustard1/2 Cup Dill Relish1/2 Cup Sweet Relish2 medium onions diced large5 large hard boiled eggs
Directions
Serving Size = 1 cup
In a large mixing bowl,
- Cut and Dice potatoes
- Add other ingredients
- Mix well, salt to taste
