Ingredients
2 slices Pepperidge Farm Light Style Soft Wheat Bread1 egg, beaten1/2 oz. soy milk1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 cup sugar free syrup (I use Maple Grove Farms)1/4 cup blueberries
Directions
Beat egg and add soy milk and cinnamon; mix well. Dip bread slices in mixture to coat, then cook on non-stick griddle until browned on both sides. In the meantime, mix blueberries with syrup and microwave for about 20 seconds, or until syrup and berries are warmed. When bread is browned on both sides, serve on plate with blueberries and syrup over.
