1 can Pumpkin Pie Filling 1 large Egg1/3 cup Canola Oil 1 cup White Flour 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda1/2 cup Packed Brown Sugar1/2 tsp Salt1/2 cup Fat Free Yogurt
Combine pie filing, egg and oil. Mix well. Combine dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix until combined. Add yogurt. Mix until combined. Divide into into 12 standard sized paper lined lined or oiled muffin cups. Bake for 30 minutes at 350F.
