Fettuccine with Basil Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
8 oz whole wheat pasta1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated3 cloves garlic, diced3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, poached and diced4 roma tomatoes, diced1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1/4 c. basil, torn1 tsp. fresh cracked pepper1 tsp. salt
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions. Reserve 1 cup of cooking water. Drain and toss with cheese and basil. Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add garlic and cook for 1 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes. Add chicken and 1/4 c. of cooking water (eyeball it). Combine with pasta and add more cooking water if needed. Makes 4 servings
