Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients
1 pie crust 1 cup cubed ham1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 tsp onion powder1 cup egg beaters2 cups almond milk1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp sugar1/8 tsp cayenne red pepper
Directions
Makes 8 slices
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Prepate pastry. Sprinkle ham cheese and onion powder in pastry lined pie pan. Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients. Pour chream mixture into pie pan. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees and bake for 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Serve in wedges.
