Directions
Italian seasoning to taste is desired. May sprinkle Italian bread crumbs on top as well. You can lower calories by substituting low fat cheese.
Mix ingredients together and place in a large casserole dish. Bake at 400 for 40-60 minutes, or until summer squash is cooked through.
