BRAN MUFFINS (with honey and applesauce)

1 and 1/2 C of Whole Wheat Flour1 and 1/2 C of Bran Flakes Cereal (crushed)3/4 C of honey1 and 1/2 C apple sauce (unsweetened)2 large eggs1 tsp baking soda1 tbsp cinnamon1 tbsp nutmeg1 tsp vanilla(handful of oatmeal (uncooked) if you want more texture to muffins)
If batter seems too dry, add more applesauce and/or honey until appropriate moisture reached. (just know the calories per muffin will be higher)
Put batter into 18 muffin cups. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees F.
