Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Ingredients
3oz frozen, pre-cooked, grilled chicken breast1 Tbsp Texas Pete hot sauce (or favorite hot sauce)1 pat unsalted butter 1 Low Carb, Whole Wheat Tortilla1/2 c shredded lettuce1/2 roma tomato, diced1/4 bell pepper, sliced into strips1 Tbsp Ranch Dressing
Directions
In a microwave safe dish heat chicken until hot. Add hot sauce and butter; microwave for 20 seconds, stir well.

Layer tortilla, lettuce, tomato, and bell pepper. Top with chicken and desired amount of sauce. Drizzle with ranch. Roll-up and eat.
