Bagna Cauda

Ingredients
Garlic, 2 cloves Anchovy (anchovies), 0.5 can Butter, salted, 1 tsp Olive Oil, 0.5 tsp
Directions
Crush 2 cloves garlic & finely chop the anchovies.

Fry in a tsp butter and drop of olive oil until the anchovies disintegrate.

Serve warm, as a dip with vegetable crudites
