Ingredients
1/2 lb ground pork1/2 scallion18 wonton wrappers1 eggSeasoning:2 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp rice vinegar1/8 tsp sesame oil1/16 tsp ground ginger1/8 tsp garlic powder1/8 tsp onion powderdash white pepper
Directions
In a bowl, combine all seasonings. Add ground pork and scallion. You can use immediately, but it's even better if you let marinate 4 hours to overnight.

When ready to prepare, whisk whole egg in a bowl. Put 1 tsp of meat mixture in the middle of wonton wrapper. With a marinade brush, brush edges of wonton wrapper with egg. Seal into triangles. Repeat for remaining wontons.

In a steamer pot, bring water to a boil. Add wontons to steamer portion and heat 5-7 minutes. If you don't have a steamer pot, add directly to boiling water. Do not overcook.

Serve with soy sauce.
