Ingredients
8-10 dasheen bush leaves,16-20 ochroes,1 hot pepper, 1 cup cubed pumpkin , i cup coconut milk, 1 cube salt butter,2 cups water
Directions
Wash dasheen leaves and place in large pot,
Wash and finely chop ochroes and place in pot with dasheen leaves,
Add washed hot pepper (whole), 1 cup pumpkin cubed, i cup coconut milk and 1 cube salt butter.
Add enough water to soften dasheen leaves.
Cook for 30-45 minutes.
Remove from stove top.
Remove pepper from inside pot
Pour the finished dish into a blender jar and blend on medium speed until a rich thick consistency.
Makes 4-1 cup servings
