Ingredients
3 small 5-6 oz. cans of Tuna in Water, drained2 Medium Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped1 Medium Celery Stalk, finely chopped1 T Dill Pickle Relish2 T Hellmans Mayo made with Canola Oil1/2 t Garlic Saesoning2 T minced Onion1 T Black Pepper
Directions
Thououghly drain Tuna. Mix ingredients in medium bowl with fork. Chill at least 20 minutes. This recipe makes a drier Tuna Salad but it is low-fat and high in protein. Delicious with whole grain bread or whole reain crackers.
