Gluten Free Carrot Muffins

Ingredients
3/4 c Almond meal1/4 tsp Salt1/3 c Sugar1/4 tsp Baking soda1/2 tsp Cinnamon1 Egg + 1 Egg white1 tbl Butter1 c Carrots (grated)1 tsp Vanilla extract2 tbl Almond milk (+/-)
Directions
Combine dry ingredients.

Combine wet ingredients.

Mix wet and dry.

Pour into greased muffin tins (mini).

Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.

Cool on racks.
