Chicken Cole Slaw

20 ounces canned chicken, drained1 pound finely shredded cabbage1 bunch green onions (scallions), sliced1/2 cup sliced almonds2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds1 pack chicken flavor Ramen noodles3 tablespoons cider vinegar1/3 cup olive oil1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper1 teaspoon granulated sugar
Makes about 12 servings.
Drain chicken well. Shred chicken into small pieces with 2 forks. Toss chicken with cabbage, green onions, almonds, and sesame seeds.
Crack Ramen noodles into small pieces and combine with slaw.
In a small bowl, stir together vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, and the seasoning packet from the Ramen noodles. Whip until well-blended. Pour over slaw, combine well.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
