Baked Honey Mustard Butterbeans

Ingredients
1 16 oz can (400g tin) of butterbeans1 T honey1 t dijon mustard1 t wholegrain mustardolive oilsalt and pepper to tasteFresh thyme sprigs (I've used dry when necessary)
Directions
* Preheat oven to 375F or 190C.
* Mix the honey, mustard, a glug of olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the butterbeans and toss well.
* Place beans in a oven proof dish and scatter thyme across top. Bake for 30 mins or until golden.
