Mozzarella stuffed meatballs

Ingredients
1/4 c Italian bread crumbs1/3 c nonfat milk1/2 lb. lean ground beef (93%)1 egg1 tsp garlic salt1 tbsp basil1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated2 ounces Sargento Light String Cheese (50 calories a stick)
Directions
Preheat oven at 350.

In bowl, combine milk and bread crumbs. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Add ground beef, egg, garlic salt, basil and Parmesan cheese.
Slice string cheese into 6 pieces each.

Take meat mixture and form meatballs around the cheese pieces. Place on greased pan. Should make 12 meatballs.

Bake 20-25 minutes.

If you are serving with sauce (not calculated in nutritional info) bring sauce to boil, add meatballs and serve once heated through. This is VERY good as a meatball sub! You can even add some more mozzarella by stringing another Sargento stick.

Serving size here is one meatball only. You will need to multiply for each and add our pasta, bread and sauce information.
