Tilapia Scampi

1/2 Cup of CountryCrock Light2 Lemons8 garlic cloves (or 3tbsp minced garlic from a jar)1lb of Tilapia
Prep medium baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
Preheat oven to 350.
Rinse and dry tilapia fillets
Place in pan.
In a small sauce pan mix the juice of 1 1/2 lemons, butter, and garlic. Let melt and combine. Garlic should become soft.
Slice remaining 1/2 of lemon thinly for garnish.
Pour sauce over fish, lay lemon slices over fish, and place in oven.
Bake for approx 20-35 minutes until flaky and light.
Spoon sauce over fish ever 10-15 minutes.
Serves 4-8.
Serve with brown rice or whole wheat pasta.
