Jalapeno Cilantro Hummus

Ingredients

1 can chickpeas (1.5 cups)3 tbsp tahini paste1/4 cup canned jalapenoshandful fresh cilantro leaves3 cloves garlic1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakessalt to tastepepper to taste
Peel all the chickpeas by hand (quite easy, just takes a few minutes)
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until creamy.
If more liquid is needed, add either (or both) jalapeno juice from the canned jalapenos, or the liquid from the canned chickpeas until a desired consistency is reached.
Refrigerate and enjoy!
