Tuna Melt on Wheat Toast

Ingredients
4 slices sara lee 45 calorie wheat bread1 can tuna in water1 tbsp. hellman's canola mayo2 slices white american cheese 2/3 oz. each (can use cheddar, provolone, swiss, or mozzarella)1/2 tsp. garlic powder or garlic salt1/2 tsp. dried dill weed1/2 tsp. onion powderpepper, to taste
Directions
Toast bread slices. Set oven to broil. Lay 4 slices of toast out on a cookie sheet. In a bowl, combine drained tuna, mayo, and seasonings. Spread 1/4 of tuna mixture onto each piece of toast. Cut the 2 slices of cheese into small pieces, dividing them and placing them on top of the four pieces of toast. Broil until cheese melts. Makes 2 tuna melts per serving.

Serve tomato slices, cucumber slices, or dill pickles as a side.

You can reduce calories by using low fat mayo and cheese.
