Rumbamel's Cheesy Broccoli and Cauliflower

-1 lb of fresh broccoli, chopped-1 lb of fresh cauliflower, chopped-1/2 C water-4 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese-1/4 C skim milk (fat free)-7 T Daisy Lite sour cream-1 1/2 C reduced fat 2% milk sharp cheddar shredded cheese
--Put the chopped broccoli and cauliflower in a large microwavable dish with the water and cook on high for 10-15 minutes or until the veggies are tender. Remove and drain.
--Heat the cream cheese and skim milk in the microwave in a small bowl for 1 min. on high. Add the sour cream and whisk until mixed well. Pour over the mixed cauliflower and broccoli and then top with your cheese.
--Melt in the microwave 2 -5 minutes or until melted.
--Makes 10 servings of about 3/4 C each.
