Chili Relleno Casserole

Ingredients
1 cup evaporated milk4 egg whites3 T cornstarch2 (4oz) cans green chilies1/2 cup jack cheese grated1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated8oz can tomatoe sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 305. Spray deep 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with vegetable oil cooking spray. Beat evaporated milk, egg whites, and cornstarch until smooth mix cheese together and reserve 1/2 cup for topping. Alternate layers of chilies, cheese and egg mixture in casserole dish. Pour tomato sauce over top layer and sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake 1 hour or until done in the center.
