Ingredients
2 oz Cooked salmon4 tbls Heavy Cream2 Tbls Bob's Red Mill Soy Flour2 Tbls Bob's Red Mill Ground Flax meal1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese1/4 Cup Diced Onion2 EggsSalt to tasteAny other spice you like
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, Seperate into 6 greased Muffin tins.
Bake for 30 - 35 Minutes.

350 Degrees
