Ingredients
1 Jar Sauerkraut3 small red potatoes diced with skins on1 can low sodium reduced chicken broth1 small can mushrooms1 smoked bone (soup/neck bone) 16oz
Directions
Smoked neck/soupbones work great!! Red potatoes diced hold shape, Claussen jar sauerkraut rinsed. Add all ingredient in pot and simmer for 1 -2 hours. Ajust taste with season salt/pepper if need be.
