1 Cup of Quick Cooking Oatmeal1 Tsp of ground Flaz Seed mixed with 2 tsp of water 1 Tsp of Apple Sauce Sweetened1 Tsp of Vanilla1 Cup of Sliced Strawberries2 Tbsp of white Splenda2 Cups of Plain Fat-Free Yogurt12 Grams of Raw Roasted Sunflower/Pumpkin Seeds
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
In a medium bowel mix oats, flax seed with 2 tsp of water, 1 tsp of applesauce, and 1 tsp of vanilla.
Mix it up and spread on a cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes at 300 degrees. Stir it up again and bake it for another 8 minutes or until it lightly browned and crunchy.
Coat strawberries with Splenda
Seperate into 2 servings and pour in a glass/parfait cup and layer with toasted seeds, strawberries with Splenda, and yogurt.
Store unused granola in a air tight container or zip lock bag and consume within 3 days for best results.
